A selection of unusual Sankey Bulwell circular pots with detail

Throughout my journeys in search of antique terracotta pots, both marked and unmarked, I have rarely encountered such an unusual and distinctive group of Sankey Bulwell planters.

This collection comprises two pairs of circular planters, each displaying its own character and design. One pair features a classic decorative form, embellished with raised festoons and tassel garlands, while the second pair has a more rustic, barrel-like appearance.

Completing the group is a wonderfully large circular Sankey Bulwell planter, equally distinctive in both scale and design.

Given the rarity and individuality of these pieces, we would ideally like to offer the collection as a complete set. Together, they represent a particularly appealing group of highly collectable antique planters, showcasing the variety and craftsmanship associated with Sankey Bulwell.
