Antique 1800’s Anduze Planter Signed Gautier (nearly 3ft high)

Important and imposing Anduze planter with a true hallmark identifying the planter having originated from the Gautier workshop. The first Anduze vases, originating from the Anduze region, date from 1728 – 1730 A.D. and belonged to the Gautier dynasty a family of hugely influential potters well established in the region since the 16th century.
