Antique Folk art Wooden Table Stand

Beautiful and rare, snake folk art wooden plant stand. We are not entirely sure where in the world this plant stand was made, but we think the wood looks like a Paraná pine type of wood. Paraná pine, (Araucaria angustifolia), is also called Brazilian pine or candelabra tree. This pine wood originated from Southern Brazil and adjacent areas of Paraguay and Argentina. A deep yellow hue to this very elaborately made indoor plantstand. This has had a little care from ourselves in that there was an old water mark on the plant stand. However, this has been professionally removed so that somebody can enjoy in their home.
