Sankey Bulwell antique Rhubarb Forcer

A Sankey Bulwell antique Rhubarb Forcer. This delightful bell shaped terracotta pot, missing the lid, is designed to be used during the dormant winter months to encourage an early growth of fruit, producing soft pale pink sweet rhubarb. Although this rhubarb forcer does not carry the Sankey Bulwell name across its body, it is, using the same clay as in the planters seen in the photos.
