Selection of handmade walking Sticks & Staffs

£100.00

Made by a local craftsman with locally sourced wood of Hazel, Maple, Chestnut and Yew, these walking sticks or staffs have taken hours of care to create unique sticks. Selected during the winter months whilst the trees are dormant, the sticks must then stand for 1-2 years to season before any work can be done.

The tallest staff measuring 170cms is made from the hazel tree. Cost £200

The second largest, thicker and heavy stick is made from the maple tree, measuring 157cms. This has a most interesting curly top part to the stick created by honeysuckle.  Cost £150

The bird walking stick was created for a bit of fun having seen the shape of the top and this is made from the hazel tree. This measures 140cms. Cost £200

The dark, thick snake like walking stick is made from the chestnut tree and measures 139cms. Please note, there is a slight curve to the walking stick.  Cost £150

The walking stick with the handle is made from the Yew tree and measures 114cms. Cost £100
If required, these can be reduced in size if required.

The three paler walking sticks are where the bark has been stripped and seasoned with Danish oil. The twisty and lighter coloured walking sticks are made from the hazel tree and measure approx. 113cms.  Cost £150-£200 each
