Late 19th Century Arras Bistro Table
This is quite special, with its unique patina and a special Arras history. A petite French Arras iron garden table completely untouched, with it, layers of original paint showing through of red, cream, and a gorgeous soft olive colours…… With its highly attractive patina and smooth table finish, this would look stunning in the garden, patio, balcony, or conservatory.
This attractive Arras bistro table was manufactured in Northern France. The distinctive Arras look is uniquely made of half-round hollow wrought iron that characterises Arras pieces. The two benefits are, firstly water runs off easily and secondly, the comfort is that much greater. This Arras bistro table has the hoof feet that were introduced by Grassin Baledans in 1900. This provided an alternative to the original lions claw feet.
