These are the original, the best, Victorian antique terracotta garden planters that anybody can buy with the distinctive marker written across each 4 inch pot (height 10 cms). Manufactured by Richard Sankey & Sons Ltd from 1895-1939, these hand thrown pots were fired at a high temperature and seems as a result of this have been less prone to the harsh British winter climate.
